Outdoors Card Update
The Ministry of Natural Resources has introduced a new Automated Licensing System (ALS) for outdoor cards and licenses. The implementation of the system has had its problems, and the MNR is working to iron out the glitches causing delays. The O.F.A.H. has posted a guide here to assist those who are experiencing problems. Each fish will have up to 2 external tags and 1 internal transmitter. In the event that you catch and keep one of these tagged walleye, there is a $100.00 reward for reporting the fish and returning the internal transmitter. See attachment below...
